Benefits Of Membership
Gamma Alpha Omega cultivates its members with unique opportunities in leadership, scholarship, service and lifelong friendship. Membership is voluntary and a mutual agreement between the chapter and individual. Our Sorority will provide a rich and rewarding collegiate experience filled with an exceptional blend of opportunities to empower women from college and beyond. After graduation, members form lifelong friendships and will continue to receive support as an alumna through the Sorority’s alumnae activities and networking programs. Cost Of Membership
Gamma Alpha Omega is a nonprofit corporation and relies on the national fees from its members to finance yearly operating expenses and chapter services. Each collegiate member is responsible for both national and local dues and fees. Learning about the costs of Gamma Alpha Omega—whether paying membership fees or serving as a chapter leader and learning how to operate on a balanced chapter budget—is part of the learning experience.
NATIONAL DUES AND FEES: Our members pay national dues and fees to support the activities and operations of our organization.
COLLEGIATE CHAPTER DUES, FEES AND COSTS: Each chapter also establishes its own cost, dues and other fees. Chapter costs are determined by chapter members and are listed in the chapter’s bylaws, along with the time and method of payment.
